The complex is made up of over 870 privately owned apartments. There are two high rise buildings on site – Tower 1 is 37 floors high and Tower 2 is 38 floors high. Each level has 14 apartments, except the 6th floor which has 12.

 

Darmic Waikiki Banyan unserviced apartments are one bedroom and one bathroom, with a fully equipped kitchen.

Most sleep up to 4 people using existing bedding.

The Recreation Deck is located on the 6th floor and is one of the largest in Waikiki!  This area is only for Waikiki Banyan guests to enjoy.
